About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-obsessed Product Manager to own and drive the evolution within our core customer journey. This role will lead innovation and product development within our restaurant proposition across 19 countries, helping customers complete and manage their orders effortlessly.
As part of the Order Experience team, you will help develop our future product roadmap to elevate the customer experience, ensuring customers globally get their takeaways delivered just the way they want. You will collaborate closely with your cross-functional team and stakeholders to identify, refine, and deliver meaningful value in our marketplace, while also supporting other departments in building new propositions within our ecosystem.
As our newest Product Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are challenged to think big and deliver impactful products. You’ll collaborate with product managers across the space to ensure we consistently learn, thrive, and grow.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify, validate, and evolve the product vision and strategy in collaboration with your team and stakeholders.
* Prioritize and ensure we are always delivering on the most valuable work across all potential streams.
* Utilize a wide array of product tools to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive alignment across stakeholders.
* Collaborate with peers in research, data, and design to develop a keen understanding of our customers and partners.
* Evangelize and guide stakeholders at all levels about the most meaningful problems to solve.
* Lead your team in designing, developing, and releasing new features to market, balancing speed and completeness.
* Promote a culture of design-led, data-informed decision-making.
