TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a highly regarded, progressive legal practice that has recently launched a new office in Swansea and is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an exciting stage of growth. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working model, combining office presence in Swansea with remote flexibility, offering both autonomy and collaboration within a supportive conveyancing team structure.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be trusted to deliver a high standard of client service while maintaining efficiency and compliance in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
* Handling files from instruction to post‑completion
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
* Conducting title checks and reviewing search results
* Drafting and approving legal documentation
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards
* Providing clear, timely communication to clients throughout the process
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations
About You
We are looking for a confident and motivated conveyancer who can operate independently while contributing positively to a growing team.
Essential requirements:
* Experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-end
* Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and procedures
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
Desirable:
* Experience within a volume or fast-paced conveyancing environment
* Familiarity with case management systems
* Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
