Position: Legal Advisor
Salary: £27000 to £31000 per year
Location: Bristol (Hybrid – office with some remote flexibility)

Are you a Legal adviser or have the ability to advise across different areas of law?
At Law Express, we believe legal advice should be clear, accessible, and supportive. Law Express has been providing independent telephone legal advice across the UK since 1996. We are now looking for talented Legal Advisors to join our professional, friendly team in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
Our clients include individuals and businesses, who access our service through a wide range of membership and commercial schemes. No two calls are the same – which makes the role both challenging and rewarding.
What you will be doing:
* Advising callers on a range of legal issues, predominantly on family matters but to also include employment, property, and consumer law.
* Using your legal expertise to explain complex issues clearly and practically.
* Delivering a professional, courteous and empathetic service.
* Staying adaptable and keen to learn across new legal topics.
* Committing to our core hours (8am–8pm weekdays, plus occasional weekends).
What we are looking for:
* A non-practising solicitor, legal executive, or law graduate with solid advisory experience.
* At least 3 years' legal advisory experience (essential).
* Strong knowledge of employment law and ideally family law (preferred).
* An excellent telephone manner – clear, confident and approachable.
* IT literate and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, demand-led service.
* A positive outlook and even a sense of humour – we value both
