Salary: Up to £54,966 per annum
Hours: 37 per week (Hybrid working policy)
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for leading the Project Management Team to deliver major repair and improvement programmes, ensuring a customer-first approach and compliance with all relevant housing standards.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Managing delivery of cyclical and major repair/improvement programmes on time and within budget
2. Working closely with Quantity Surveyor overseeing a £15m budget in the delivery of kitchen and bathroom, window and door and reroofing schemes
3. Leading Section 20 Leasehold consultations and representing the organisation at tribunals
4. Driving value for money across investment services
5. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and housing asset management best practice
6. Producing financial and performance reports to support sound decision making
7. Leading and motivating a team of Project Managers, Customer Liaison Managers, and Quantity Surveyors
The successful candidate will have:
8. RICS, CIOB or a degree in a relevant field
9. Strong knowledge of procurement, housing asset management, and property compliance
10. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and budgets
11. Full UK driving licence and own transport (mileage paid)
