Description
* Oversee the execution of construction contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
* Monitor contract performance to identify any potential issues and mitigate risks
* Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
* Develop and implement processes for contract management and administration
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract requirements are met
* Conduct regular contract reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts
Profile
A successful Contract Manager should have:
* A degree in business, law, construction or a related field
* Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry
* Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Sound knowledge of contractual obligations and its application in the construction industry
