Roles and Responsibilities:
Produce and manage orderbooks, ensuring accuracy, alignment with customer requirements, and business targets.
Enter and maintain customer data, including orders, pricing, part numbers, and VAS, while keeping your manager informed of any challenges.
Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to resolve customer issues, address product concerns, and ensure smooth end-to-end order processing.
Analyse orderbooks, communicate risks or delays to customers and sales teams, and support order allocation with the warehouse for timely shipment.
Review orders prior to shipping to ensure they meet customer specifications and maintain high accuracy standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with pricing, credits, invoices, terms, and process improvements.
Monitor key performance metrics, attend training and development courses, and support special projects as required.
Person Specifications:
Essential experience working with distributors and 1-2 years of proven office experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); STYLEman experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Highly detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
