About the Role
Working within the program and integration management office (PMO/IMO), the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful, on time completion of tactical and strategic projects across the Group. This role will involve planning and managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless transitions that align with our business goals. Projects can include integration of newly acquired entities, teams and processes into our organisation, business systems deployment & integration, management of internal business transformation projects and management of consulting services to meet contractual objectives.
Hybrid work
: European travel necessary (e.g. Paris, Lyon, Madrid), so proximity to major airport necessary. Although mostly remote, it may be necessary to travel to Basingstoke for internal meetings and workshops.
Language skills
: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with global stakeholders on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
:
* Create and obtain approval for business case & project charter
* Scope, plan & manage strategic and tactical projects
* Coordinate cross-functional, multi-language project teams
* Keep stakeholders informed
* Ensure issues are resolved and decisions taken in a timely manner
* Raise risks & issues
* Assess and manage Governance, Compliance & Security requirements
Qualifications
:
* Able to work in English & Spanish – CEFR level B2 or higher
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (or demonstrable relevant experience)
* At least 3 years of project management experience
* Worked in a company undergoing fast transformation
* Project management certification (e.g. PMP)
