Housing Officer (Hybrid) needed in Barnstaple, £24.40ph PAYE – Reference: 5294183
This role is working on a hybrid basis 2/3 days in the office and then remote per week, the candidate will need to be flexible.
Ideally local and have access to their vehicle.
Responsibilities
* You will provide timely high quality frontline housing related advice and assistance in order to maximise our customers’ housing opportunities.
* You will take action to prevent homelessness occurring, using the Client agreed prevention policies.
* You will investigate and make decisions in all aspects of homelessness applications.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
