* Manage a designated sales territory, developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Conduct regular customer visits to ensure effective coverage and sales growth.
* Share market insights and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Deliver high-quality service throughout the sales process, including post-sale support.
* Represent the brand at trade shows and key industry events.
* Handle inbound sales enquiries and support retail customers across multiple channels.
* Attend team meetings at the company's office and travel as required.
Profile
A successful Area Sales Manager should have:
* Demonstrated success in sales (preferably in a field-based role) with the ability to manage a large territory and work independently.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with keen attention to detail.
* Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and target-driven.
* Full, clean UK driving licence with a flexible approach to regional travel.
