Wet Spray Operative
We are looking for an experienced Wet Spray Operative to join our team on a short-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hand wet spraying moisture-resistant MDF cabinets to a high-quality finish
* Sanding, cleaning, and masking prior to spraying
* Using water-based and A/C oil-based paints
* Paint mixing and maintaining clean spraying equipment
* Operating spray booth and oven
* Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hand wet spraying MDF cabinets
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual
Role Details:
* Hours: 39 hours per week, weekday shifts
* Duration: Approx. 4 weeks
* Start Date: 02/02/2026
* Pay Rate: £13-£14 per hour, depending on experience
