Role Description
Looking for a rare breed: Technical leader who wants to shape the future of building intelligence
We've done something unconventional - built a full stack EMS/FDD platform from the ground up. No legacy code, no technical debt, just pure innovation. Now we need someone equally unconventional to help us scale.
This isn't a job. It's a partnership opportunity for someone who:
* Gets excited by BMS/energy tech but frustrated by how slow the industry moves
* Can code in the morning, close deals in the afternoon, and strategize at night
* Understands both the technical depth of building systems AND the business dynamics of facilities management
* Has been told they're "too technical for sales" or "too commercial for engineering"
You'll own:
* Product development alongside our AI platform
* Business development (yes, you'll be selling)
* Technical consulting on MSI/Energy/BMS projects
* Shaping our company's technical and commercial strategy
We're not looking for someone who fits neatly into a box. We need someone who's been breaking out of boxes their whole career.

Qualifications
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Experience in strategic planning and project management
* Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD)
* Skills in IoT implementation, smart building consultancy, and digital transformation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Innovative mindset with a focus on sustainability and efficiency
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
* Experience in the smart building or energy management industry is highly desirable
