We are currently working with a leading national support services provider who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.
They are offering a £47,000 salary with a £3,800 car allowance, and this is a regional role, based from offices in Yeovil, with travel required to sites across the South-West.
The ideal candidate will have experience partnering senior stakeholders, managing employee relations cases, and be CIPD qualified.
Duties will include:
* Partnering with Directors, Heads of Service, and other key stakeholders to provide HR advice and guidance in line with company policies, best practice, and UK employment law
* Managing employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances and capability, supporting managers and advising on key issues
* Supporting with change management activity, including redundancy, redeployment and TUPE
* Delivering key HR projects, including employee engagement, staff surveys, and wellbeing
* Managing a HR Advisor to support with key administration and employee lifecycle activity
Experience and skills required:
* Employee relations case management
* Previous experience partnering senior stakeholders
* CIPD qualification (desirable)
* Good commercial awareness
* The ability to work autonomously
