Salary: From £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Academics is currently recruiting for a skilled School Business Manager to join a school in the Dartford area. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the leadership and management of school operations.
The Role:
Overseeing the strategic and operational management of school finances, HR, premises, and administration.
Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance.
Supporting staff management processes and maintaining robust administrative systems.
Requirements:
Proven School Business Manager or similar role experience within a school setting.
Strong knowledge of SIMS / SCR (Single Central Record) and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent organisational, financial, and leadership skills.
Ability to start immediately and commit to a long-term position.
