Preschool Teacher (Full-time)
Purple Unicorn is hiring on behalf of the Gordon JCC Early Childhood Learning Center

This is a full-time position working alongside a dedicated co-teacher in a supportive, relationship-centered environment.
Qualifications
● Experience working with young children (6 weeks–5 years) preferred
● Strong teamwork and communication skills
● Reliable, positive and professional demeanor
● Ability to meet Tennessee DHS requirements
Compensation & Benefits
● $19–$23 per hour, based on education and experience
● Candidates with extensive experience and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field may be considered at the higher end of the pay range
● Two weeks off in the winter (December 21-January 1)
● One week in July for teacher in-service and classroom preparation (July 27-31)
● Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Passover, Memorial Day & July 4th off (8 days)
