Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a lovely organisation in Lincoln to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your new role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for high-volume invoice processing, processing of expenses, dealing with supplier queries/statements, reconciliations and updating the supplier list/banking information.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need recent and relevant accounts payable/invoice processing experience gained in a busy finance office. You will have great teamwork andmunication skills and have a fast, efficient and accurate inputting history. You will have good IT and Excel skills. You will be available to start work within a month, and be living in closemute of Lincoln, as the role is office-based a minimum of 2 days a week.
