Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic GP to join our forward‑thinking, caring and innovative team for 6 sessions per week (Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) based in a central Hove conversion. The role involves hybrid face‑to‑face and telephone appointments, home visits, daily triage and signposting, managing your own patient list, supporting QOF performance, and sharing duty doctor days.
Key responsibilities
* Morning and afternoon surgeries – hybrid face‑to‑face and telephone appointments.
* Home visits allocated based on continuity of care and distribution within the clinical team.
* Daily triage and signposting GP team on a pro‑rata basis.
* Maintain your own patient list and generate new lists.
* Work alongside a multi‑professional team including pharmacists, advanced nurse practitioners, paramedic practitioners, physician associates, nurses, healthcare assistants, and associate practitioners.
* Liaise with external health care professionals.
* Support excellent QOF performance.
* Equitable share of duty doctor days.

We offer specialist services including joint injections, minor operations, family planning and community anticoagulation, and maintain excellent QOF performance.

Person specification
* Experience of working in a GP practice.
* Fully qualified GP.
