Strategic Talent Partner for the Healthcare Communications Industry | Empowering Agencies to Thrive
An exceptional opportunity for a PR Associate Director to join a globally recognised healthcare communications agency. This senior role offers you the chance to lead high-value client programmes, shape strategic director and influence the continued growth of a successful practice.
You’ll be a senior leader within the practice, responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts and leading internal teams. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Providing strategic counsel to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across a range of communications and advocacy programmes
* Leading and mentoring teams to deliver high quality, compliant and engaging content
* Collaborating with senior colleagues to shape business strategy and contribute to growth initiatives
* Driving operational excellence across projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and scopes are well managed
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading pitches and proposals
* Building long-term client relationships and expanding existing accounts
* Supporting the development of new service offering and cross practice collaboration
* Creating a positive team culture, recognising contributions and supporting professional development
