£24,000 base salary + £12,000 on-target commission (uncapped)

The Role: As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will join their dynamic team of high achievers on a mission to drive engagement with clients aiming to establish themselves as pivotal players in the armed services ecosystem. This is a phone-based position where you will conduct qualitative discussions daily, employing their proven sales process to sell event passes to targeted prospects.

Responsibilities:
* Identify new lead sources and conduct thorough research on prospective clients.
* Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand participation criteria.
* Sell delegate participation packages for their portfolio events.
* Engage in regular team training and one-on-one coaching sessions.
* Utilize internal CRM and lead generation systems for optimal performance.
