Currently recruiting on behalf of an international financial services firm who are looking to bring in a local Head of Compliance to support the CCO. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the team, improvement of processes and periodic interaction with the regulator. You should have a background working with retail customers and a knowledge of relevant regulation including Consumer Duty, and have a track record of managing and upskilling teams. This role will not hold an SMF title.
Key Experience
* Previous experience in managing and upskilling local teams
* Experience working within financial services, either Banking, Fintech or Retail Broking being preferred
* Good knowledge of relevant regulation affecting Retail Customers such as Consumer Duty
* A background in law would be beneficial
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
