Overview
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and observant Night Porter to join our team in providing exceptional service in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Our Night Porters are responsible for greeting late check-in guests, providing valet parking, collecting and delivering luggage, and offering information on the hotel and city centre. They work independently during the overnight period to keep 5-star standards and may support holiday cover for the Night Management team as required.
Duties
* Greet late check-in guests on entry to the hotel
* Provide valet parking, collect and deliver luggage, and offer information on the hotel and local area
* Clean and maintain the lobby, corridors, and other public areas
* Monitor and address maintenance issues promptly
* Support security measures by monitoring premises
* Provide excellent customer service to guests
* Assist with deliveries and storage as needed
Skills
* Proficient in guest services with a focus on hospitality
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
* Experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred
* Strong organisational skills to manage various tasks efficiently
* Supervisory experience
Requirements
The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Hours: 32 hours per week across 4 shifts, times: 22:00 – 06:30
