Offers on the job training as a Customer Service Call Handler where you will be answering calls in a professional manner and making bookings. You will also have a skills coach who teaches and supports you through the apprenticeship. You will have a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification on completion of the apprenticeship.
