The Head of House will lead one of the five houses (Fulmen, Lunar, Orbis, Sol, Stellae) at Meadow Park School, providing strategic and operational leadership to support students’ wellbeing and academic progress.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned house.
* Collaborate with Deputy Heads and staff to plan and implement house‑wide activities and learning programmes.
* Mentor and support students across a range of abilities, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Develop and maintain the house’s vision, values and ethos in alignment with the school’s priorities.
* Report regularly on house performance, student wellbeing and progress.
