About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? At Wessex Garages - Gloucester, we’re looking for a friendly and reliable Service Driver to become part of our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand — making sure every interaction reflects our high standards and commitment to customer care. Whether you’re greeting customers or collecting and delivering vehicles, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring every experience with Wessex Garages is a great one.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Collecting and delivering customer vehicles promptly and professionally
* Providing a warm and friendly service to all customers
* Carrying out vehicle checks with customers and completing damage reports
* Confirming and documenting payment methods
* Liaising closely with our Service team to stay on top of collection requirement
* Promoting the aftersales and sales department to create additional sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is confident, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also need:
* A full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* Basic IT skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and a friendly approach
* The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Key Information
* Working Pattern: 47.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri, 8am – 6pm
* Salary: National Minimum Wage
