Who Will You Be Supporting?
Join our close-knit team and support 2 ladies and 3 gentlemen, each with their own unique personalities and interests. We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs, and much more. If you have a caring, kind, and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.
What Will You Be Doing:
1. Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
2. Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.
3. Night Support: Assist with personal care and medication needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.
4. Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night.
