About the role
We are looking for a motivated Client Welcome and Office Coordinator to join our dynamic Client Services team in both Chelmsford and Brentwood offices.
This is a full-time role. You will work on Monday and Friday in Chelmsford and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Brentwood. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their career by applying their administration and client welcome skills in a Top 200 Law Firm, while working across two vibrant office locations.
Key responsibilities
Client Welcome
* Provide cover and support to the Client Welcome team.
* Prepare meeting rooms and organize onsite events.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post and order stationery.
* Assist legal teams with administrative and document-related tasks.
Facilities
Act as the point of contact for office or facilities issues, reporting problems to the relevant manager or IT support. This includes issues with utilities, equipment, and printers.
Archiving
Administer archiving processes, including retrieving wills, deeds, and file documents. Ensure information on business systems is accurate for document retrieval and entry.
