***Working as both a Classroom TA and LSA on a 1to1 basis

Provide support to teachers and pupils in a classroom setting.
Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Provide individual support to a designated pupil with specific learning needs.
Implement personalised learning strategies tailored to the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or individual support plan.
Assist with classroom activities to help the pupil access the curriculum alongside their peers.
Support social integration by encouraging the pupil to engage with classmates during group work and playtime.
Monitor and record progress in learning, behaviour, and emotional development to inform teachers and support reviews.
Promote independence by encouraging the pupil to attempt tasks on their own where appropriate.
Adapt learning materials and resources to suit the pupil's abilities and needs.We're seeking a reliable and motivated individual...
With a passion for working with children and supporting their early learning.
Committed Teaching Assistant with experience of working in Primary School settings
Able to cover on a full-time basis for the rest of this academic year.
Keen to continue to train and develop with the school over the course of the contract
With strong communication and teamwork skills.
