Event Details: Location: Brills Farm, Lincoln (LN6 9JN) Dates: 15th, 16th & 17th May ⏰ Timings: TBC The Roles: Waiting Staff: You’ll be delivering a premium dining experience for VIP guests. This includes confidently carrying three plates, serving canapés, and delivering a full three-course meal, as well as clearing down efficiently and professionally. Bar Staff: You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-end bar environment, serving a range of drinks to VIP guests. This includes pouring, serving, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area while providing friendly, attentive service throughout. Wages (Hospitality): Over 21: £12.71 £1.53 HP = £14.24 per hour Under 21: £10.85 £1.31 HP = £12.16 per hour What you’ll be doing: Delivering polished, professional service throughout the event Serving canapés, drinks, and a three-course meal Confidently carrying three plates (waiting roles) Providing a high standard of bar service (bar roles) Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests What we’re looking for: Previous hospitality experience (bar and/or waiting) Confident, reliable, and a strong team player Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be 18 with the right to work in the UK A positive, can-do attitude The fun doesn’t stop here – why work with Arc?
