Roles that require PVG Membership: Please note that from 1 April 2023, roles requiring PVG membership will require candidates to cover the cost. This applies only to roles with a full-time equivalent salary of £30,000 and above (e.g., teaching roles and jobs at Grade 11 and above, currently £30,285 per annum / £16.64 per hour). The Council will initially pay for the PVG membership (£18 for existing members, £59 for non-members), which will be deducted from the first full month’s salary.
Job purpose/about the role: To deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute to the professional, corporate life of the school in relation to pupils, staff, and external bodies within SNCT agreements.
