Service Technician
Commercial Air Filtration is a leader in helping organisations across the UK with one of today's most urgent problems: indoor air pollution. Due to the strongly increasing demand for our products, we are growing fast and are looking to hire Service Technicians.
The full-time position is in South London, with travel to client sites on a regular basis. We are a company with a strong focus on products, knowledge, and customer service.
We serve retail customers as well as institutions such as the NHS and TFL. To be successful in this position, it will be essential that you are a hands-on self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for you to be in charge of various technical aspects of our products for commercial and domestic customers, manage installations and the maintenance of products, forge strong relationships and ensure high customer retention.
You may have a mechanical or electrical background (or similar). You need to have a clean driver's licence and be a confident driver.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist/be responsible for the installations, maintenance and repairs of air filtration and monitoring units
* Support our technical customer service team in providing customer-focused solutions
* Manage spare and repair parts
* Deliver phone and face-to-face technical support Skills and Competencies
