Education & Experience
* Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
Computer Skills
* Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation
Licenses & Certifications
* Valid physical therapist state license
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, supervision of assistants and Rehab Techs, and case management, in accordance with regulations and company guidelines.
Essential Duties
* Optimize patient functionality through therapy
* Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs
* Build and enhance therapy programs
* Maintain licensure and stay informed on industry issues
* Understand billing and treatment guidelines
* Follow infection control and safety protocols
* Communicate effectively in English
