Job Description
We are looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. You will be responsible for coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, delivering great customer service, and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Friendly and thoughtful service – you will give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day.
* Develop your team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers.
* Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
* Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store – work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
* Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
