Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will meet the criteria to apply for Commercial Property Surveyor posts, subject to the availability of posts within the team.

You’ll be completing your degree with University of the Built Environment, with further information here (all learning is delivered online):

You’ll also be working closely with project teams to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, while developing your technical knowledge and practical experience on live sites.

As your knowledge and confidence develops, so will the complexity of your workload. You’ll be given the autonomy and support to start completing pieces of work independently as you progress, leading to you being fully confident and competent by the end of the degree.

Other than the above, no formal experience is required, but you should have an enthusiasm for commercial property, a willingness to learn, and the ability to balance work and study.

Please note: To be eligible for this apprenticeship, applicants must meet standard apprenticeship funding requirements, including the right to work in the UK, and not already hold a degree in a related subject.
