The role
As a Landlord & Tenant/Valuation Surveyor you will be working with a loyal client base looking after a diverse portfolio. The role covers two areas
Lease Advisory
* Advising landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses, surrenders, and re-gears
* Interpreting lease terms, statutory provisions, and case law to provide accurate technical advice
* Analysing market comparables, rental evidence, and valuation data to support negotiations
* Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for lease events
* Managing critical date diaries and ensuring timely action on all events
* Assisting with dispute resolution including submissions for arbitration or expert determination
* Working closely with the property management and commercial agency teams
Valuation
* Delivering RICS Red Book valuations across commercial and residential assets including retail, office, industrial, and development sites
* Undertaking non-secured lending valuations for a range of clients
* Carrying out inspections, measurements, and market research to support detailed reporting
* Managing a varied caseload with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
* Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
What you will need
* Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in landlord and tenant and/or valuation work
* MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills
* Confident report writer with excellent attention to detail
* Organised and able to manage a varied caseload under your own initiative

£60,000–£70,000 depending on experience, plus:
