Responsibilities
* Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that are engaging, challenging, and tailored to individual student needs.
* Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across a range of age groups, from Key Stage 3 to GCSE and potentially A-Level, depending on experience.
* Establishing and maintaining supportive relationships with pupils to foster a can-do attitude when facing challenges.
* Communicating effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* A strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum and the ability to teach creatively using innovative mathematical concepts.
* Ability to teach across key stages (KS3 to GCSE, potentially A-Level) depending on experience.
* Proven ability to inspire students and support their academic growth.
