We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our restaurant and help lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the exciting journey of hospitality within Garden Centres. Working Hours: This is a daytime role with no night shifts required. You'll work a mix of weekdays and weekends, but all hours are during the day, giving you a great work–life balance. What You'll Do:
* Support the Restaurant Manager in running smooth daily operations.
* Supervise and guide team members to maintain excellent service standards.
* Lead by example on the floor, motivating the team during service.
* Help manage stock, waste, and costs to keep the restaurant efficient.
* Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
* Support with rota planning and ensure the right staffing levels for service.
* Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are followed.
What You'll Need:
* Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality.
* Strong people skills and the ability to motivate a team.
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
* A focus on customer satisfaction and creating memorable dining experiences.
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
