Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our experienced consultants. Your day-to-day will include:
* Writing and posting job adverts online
* Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
* Assisting with face-to-face interviews
* Carrying out reference checks to audit standards
* Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance
* Supporting with general admin – reception duties, answering phones/emails etc.
What We’re Looking For:
* Great organisational and time management skills
* A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
* A desire to learn and grow within recruitment
* Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into recruitment and build a meaningful career.
