Job Title: Estate Planning and Property Management Support
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for a hybrid working arrangement. We are also open to discussing flexible working options.
In this position, you will support the University’s Estate Planning and Information Team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date plans, building and lease information, and assisting with property management across our diverse campus. You will utilize spreadsheets and our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, Planon (training provided).
You should be passionate about delivering accurate data, which is crucial for informed decision-making across the University’s Estate. Ideally, you will have experience working with plans, spreadsheets, and databases to produce high-quality data, along with excellent concentration skills and the ability to interpret information in various formats.
