Sales Development Operations Specialist Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Development Operations Specialist to play a key role in optimising and streamlining Sales and Business Development operations across UK and Ireland, South Africa and APAC. This role will support the Sales and Business Development Representatives by managing workflows, ensuring efficient lead routing, optimising sales tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The focus will be on improving SDR/BDR productivity, enhancing lead generation processes, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline in these regions. This is a hybrid role 3 days a week in office - 2 days at home (Newcastle) Key Responsibilities: In this role, you'll take the lead in optimising SDR/BDR processes and tools across the UKIA region. By analysing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll help boost team productivity and drive smarter lead generation. You'll work with tools like Salesforce andOutreach.io, ensuring they're fully optimised to support the team's success. You'll also collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align campaigns and lead generation efforts. Your support will be key in helping sales leadership with resource planning and forecasting, making sure everyone is set up for success.
