Overview
This role is located in our business unit, Enitial, within the Cawood Scientific Field Services Division. Enitial, a division of Cawood Scientific, is the UK’s leading provider of independent field monitoring and sampling services. Our highly skilled team of 80 technicians acts as the ‘boots on the ground’ for customers throughout the UK, providing cost-effective on-site sampling, testing, and measuring of environmental conditions as well as checks on pollution levels. Our expertise in industrial and environmental monitoring, combined with our innovative control equipment, delivers a specialist service for customers looking for professional, reliable support. Our services are used to assist with permit and planning consent compliance, investigations for new development, and to support operational condition monitoring.
Responsibilities
* Data Analyst team receive and process environmental monitoring data from field technicians and laboratories to ensure that data is reported in a timely manner in alignment with specifications (to ensure that data processing and reporting is aligned to client needs and meets/exceeds requirements).
* The role will also include the preparation of information packs for site visit for soil sampling services.
Employment details
Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, this is a permanent role, full time, with hybrid office/home working.
Qualifications
* Exceptional IT skills and outstanding knowledge of Excel.
* Experience within the monitoring sector and an understanding of basic chemistry is desirable but not essential.
