Location: Eastbourne
Salary: based on £12.60 per hour (annual review, next due April 2026)
Sleep-in Shifts for some roles: £50 extra per night (potential to earn an additional £2,000-£4,000 per year)
Bank Holiday Pay: Enhanced rates available
Hours: A minimum of 40 hours per week (rotational shifts, including weekdays & weekends)

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a Support Worker to join our team in Eastbourne. Our homes provide a relaxed and supportive environment, where no two days are ever the same One day, you might be bowling or going to the theatre, the next, you could be visiting a stately home, a cathedral, or enjoying an open mic night at a local pub.
