The Role and Responsibilities
As our new Technician and Mechanic, you will help us manage our high-volume workload while maintaining exacting standards:
* Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and complex fault-finding using modern, high-level systems.
* Servicing and MOTs: Delivering routine maintenance and inspections to strict quality standards.
* Specialist Repairs: Handling repairs and maintenance on premium and performance models.
* Customer Interaction: Explaining faults and repair options clearly and professionally to our clients.
* Efficiency: Working accurately to help manage our 5-week lead time and maintain safety.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualified: NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Experience: Proven ability to hit the ground running in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skill: Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills (Mercedes experience is a major advantage).
* Mindset: High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and genuine pride in your workmanship.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
