Description Carnival UK is seeking an experienced Search Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid search strategy for P&O Cruises. This is an excellent opportunity for a search marketing professional, ideally from an agency background ready to transition into an in-house leadership role with greater strategic influence. Role Overview End-to-end ownership : Move from managing multiple clients to shaping the paid search strategy for one of the UK’s most iconic travel brands Significant responsibility : Manage a multi-million-pound paid search budget and deliver measurable impact Leadership development : Gain line management experience by coaching and mentoring a Senior Search Marketing Executive Direct collaboration : Work closely with major partners such as Google and Microsoft to implement best-in-class strategies Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK08 and offered as a full-time position on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days a week from home.
