About our School : Our School of Psychology has grown significantly over the last few years, and our journey continues. Our academic team brings together extensive experience from academia, professional practice, and industry. Arden University is setting up Employer Advisory Boards tohelp ensureprogrammes are industryaligned and responsive toeconomic and technologicalchange.
As a member of the Employer Advisory Board, you’ll help shape the future of education for the school by sharing your industry expertise and insight. This is a collaborative and strategic role that amplifies employer voice- helping to shape direction and ensurestudents graduate ready to succeed in the modern workforce.
Understanding of workforce skills needs and/or experience working with early-career talent.
Willingness to share knowledge, challenge constructively, and collaborate with academic peers.
No prior academic or board experience is required—just practical insight and an interest in education.
Clinical Counselling or Mental Health/ Healthcare incl. Forensic Psychology in Prisons / Probation Services. Neurodiversity & Developmental Psychology, (SEN and ADHD etc)
Educational & Child Psychology
Occupational & Organisational Psychology
Digital & AI-Driven/ assisted Psychology incl. apps and online therapy
Social Care & Community-Based Mental Health, inc charity/social enterprise
Policy, Governance & Professional Bodies, e.g. Higher Education Governance & Curriculum Design
Help shape the future of higher education and workforce development
Collaborate with academic leaders and fellow industry experts to drive innovation and impact
