We are looking for an office-based Front Office Administrator to join our expanding team working in a fast-paced, busy environment. We require someone who is confident with excellent communication skills both on the telephone and in person, who can work as part of a busy team and on their own initiative.

The role will ideally suit someone who is extremely organised and resilient in their approach to work, able to follow the process currently in place. The successful person will be proficient in using Excel and have transferable IT skills that can be applied to industry-specific CRM.

Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:

* Incoming and outgoing phone calls and enquiries
* Creating new folders and documents required at the start of a process
* Completion of various steps at the start of the process
* Maintain communication with all customers
* Deal with and log any complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution
* Work to agreed deadlines set by the industry
* Schedule and plan a team of fitters’ daily work
* Provide ongoing customer support, addressing customers' needs and resolving any issues.
* Liaise with internal departments and external contractors


Skills and Experience

* Experience working in a fast-paced administrative role
* Experience in handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines where needed
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Resilient with a can-do approach to work
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.

Normal office hours are 9 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday
