This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised administrator to join a friendly and professional team. The role offers a mix of office-based work (Monday–Thursday) and remote working from home on Fridays, providing the perfect balance of structure and flexibility. Our client will not consider applicants based outside the UK or those seeking a fully remote arrangement. This role is office-based in Marlborough, Wiltshire, and is only suitable for candidates living within daily commuting distance. Please note, the office is accessible by car only, with no nearby public transport links. Are you the right person for the job? Previous office experience is required Strong administrative experience with confidence working within process-driven systems Exceptional attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills Good IT skills, comfortable using standard Microsoft Office applications Reliable, organised, and able to deal with and prioritise varying workloads, such as quiet periods and busy weeks, with strict deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of GDPR and related information security processes and procedures Genuine interest in global affairs, geography, or geopolitics Collaborative team player who takes pride in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality What will your role look like? Adding and checking information in detailed written reports Performing in-depth searches using internal search engines Encrypting and issuing confidential documents to clients Proof-reading and ensuring documents are error-free Logging and updating client queries accurately Assisting with general office administration, including purchasing, email management, and facilities paperwork Providing cover for colleagues during periods of leave Full internal training will be provided to help you succeed in your role What can you expect in return?
