Description
Do you want to specialise in procurement disputes with a purpose-led firm?
You will run procurement disputes for clients in our Public Procurement team, in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement challenges and claims
* Advise on PCR 2015 and Procurement Act
* Manage and progress a varied caseload
* Provide training and support to clients
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Qualified procurement disputes solicitor
* Good CPR and litigation knowledge
* Public or regulated sector experience
* Clear communicator and collaborative
