Main duties of the job
The role involves promoting and supporting the delivery of the Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (IHWS) by:
* Delivering lifestyle behaviour change interventions to residents.
* Leading targeted engagement and outreach activities to reduce health inequalities among Slough’s priority groups.
* Participating in promotional events throughout Slough.
The successful candidate must have a clean driving license and be willing to travel around Slough.

Job responsibilities
We are pleased to offer the role of Healthier Slough Engagement and Delivery Officer in Slough. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £28,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.

Person Specification
* Knowledge in a relevant field through education or experience
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Understanding of behaviour change models and health inequalities
* Knowledge of CVD impact and information governance
* Experience with safeguarding policies, partnership working, and working with diverse clients
* Leadership experience and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Full clean driving license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel
