Position Details:
* Type: Full-Time, Permanent
* Salary: Competitive Salary + up to 20% bonus + company car
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
* Location: Home-based with frequent travel to Powerforce (RG41) and client offices in York and Gatwick
About the Role:
Powerforce is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to ensure seamless operational alignment between our field team and Nestlé’s Convenience Sales Teams, specifically within the confectionery category. Working closely with the National Manager and Account Director, you will establish and maintain efficient workflows, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
This role involves translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, ensuring the field team consistently meets and exceeds Nestlé’s expectations. You will leverage data-driven insights to propose and implement initiatives that maximize ROI while upholding high standards of performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for operational alignment between Powerforce and Nestlé
* Conduct account reviews with the National Manager, providing insights to stakeholders
* Analyze field insights to inform strategic decisions and customer presentations
* Develop and present proposals to optimize operational efficiency and performance
* Assess field team performance, provide feedback, and identify improvements
* Conduct monthly visits with Regional Managers and Sales Development Executives to ensure strategic alignment
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in managing and optimizing operational processes
* Proficiency in interpreting complex data and market trends
* Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
* Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects
* Understanding of customer ROI and developing commercially viable solutions
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI
