Overview
We are seeking 2 Manufacturing Engineers to join a global leader in aerospace manufacturing. Our client has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with a strong order book and continued expansion across their teams.
Role
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and enhancing manufacturing processes, involved in the design and testing of new processes, optimising existing ones, and troubleshooting production issues.

Salary and Benefits
* Competitive Annual Salary - £40,000-£48,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement new manufacturing processes for bearings.
* Optimise existing manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
* Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions.
* Design and conduct experiments to test new processes and materials.
* Develop and maintain process documentation.
* Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and safety standards.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement new processes and resolve production issues.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in production / process / manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry with grinding / super finishing focus.
* Minimum 2+ years' experience working in a similar position
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
* Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks) and other engineering tools
