Role Overview You put the customer at the heart of everything you do, greeting and serving them in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will learn about our products to assist customers effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find the best products for them, both in-store and across channels.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop floor organization.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.
